Breath & Water as the Vehicle
Connecting through the Ocean Body
The Freediver Course
Why Freedive?
It is breathwork that benefits nervous system regulation, cardiopulmonary function, and mental health
It is a highly translatable skill with applications in other sports (e.g., scuba, surfing, yoga)
It’s the most primitive and instinctive way of exploring the sea and thus offers an unparalleled foundation to understanding the body’s relationship to the environment
This course is designed to teach fundamentals of the freediving discipline as a sport. Completion results in an internationally recognized certification from the PFI agency
